Welcome to our Suntricity Data Analytic platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Platform.

The data we collect is the data you give us permission to access:

• Account Information: Your email address when you register an account.
• Municipal Invoices: This is provided by every school that signs up to the platform. The Account Number and Pin Code of the account is accessed and invoice data is uploaded to the analytic platform.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service, such as monthly consumption and cost.
• Generated Content: Content data used to create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Payment Information: If you purchase a paid plan, your payment details and billing information are processed securely by our third-party payment processors. We only support one-time payments and do not store your full payment information. We do not offer recurring subscriptions; all payments are processed as one-time purchases.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create KPIs that will serve you and all schools associated with the Suntricity Platform.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraudulent or prohibited use of the Service.
• Analyse usage patterns to improve service performance and user experience.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated content is stored in your school profile account. You have the right to delete your content or your entire account. Uploaded files and generated content are retained only for service delivery purposes and are deleted according to our data retention schedule.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your schools personal information. We may share aggregated information in the following circumstances:

• Third-Party Service Providers: Such as to the Department of Education or for reference purposes only.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our platform and our users.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you will have certain rights regarding the personal information you provide of your school, including the right to:

• Access to personal information you provide.
• Request corrections to inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Export your data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt out of certain data processing activities.

Our Service is intended for administrators and SGBs members of the school who are authorised by the individual school. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
